Spring Tipple Mocktail is a fantastic refreshing mix for everyone to enjoy made with the non-alcoholic spirit The Driver’s Tipple. The Driver’s Tipple contains all the flavours of a traditional London Dry Gin, just without the alcohol. Using classic gin botanicals, The Driver’s Tipple includes prominent notes of juniper with ginger, angelica, cardamom, grapefruit, mint and coriander.
Drink without the effects of alcohol.
During the day, I love to have a drink or two but not always reaching out for high ABV. It must be a low ABV or even better non-alcoholic. Also, sometimes going out, I love to go in my car, and I usually go for a non-alcoholic beer or only juices. Well, these days are over now. The non-alcoholic spirits taking over with fast speed and there is some beautiful distils.
I try The Driver’s Tipple on few occasions and is lovely. Solely with Mediterranean Tonic Water or soda but also in a tasty mocktail as the Spring Tipple Mocktail. You can find more non-alcoholic recipes in my mocktail section if you like to try or save some for later.
For this cocktail/mocktail I use the fantastic Cinchona Syrup, botanical mix from The Crafty Botanist, another delicious produce bringing excellent syrups to you. The Cinchona Syrup add delicate earthy notes to the mix and with a touch of raspberry syrup to introduce some sweetness. You can use any raspberry syrup, even homemade, but I recommend the Fentimans Products. The company produce excellent syrups, lemonades and soft drinks.
Finally, to wrap up everything and bring some bubbles and freshness to the mix, I use the Rose Lemonade from Fantimans. You can use regular lemonade, but it may make the drink too sweet. Alternatively, if you prefer a touch of spice, I will recommend using Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale.
