Benedict

Benedict is lovely and easy to make a cocktail. The cocktail is built directly in the glass, and you can use Whiskey or Brandy.

Benedict classic cocktail with Whiskey

Don’t like Whiskey or Brandy? Benedict cocktail will change your mind.

You may not like Whiskey or Brandy but don’t stop yourself from trying because you presume you don’t like something. When mixed and balanced correctly, the Whiskey or Brandy has so much more to offer. Of course, if you try Whiskey or Brandy with Ginger Ale, you may not like it, but here it comes to the rescue the amazing French Liqueur Bénédictine D.O.M.

It was created as an elixir to sustain monks as they worked. D.O.M. stands for “Deo Optimo Maximo” meaning, “To God most good, most great”. The flavour is very pungent with spices and herbs. Rich and flavoursome. Using this excellent liqueur will introduce softness and sweet herbal taste to your mix. It balances the Whiskey/Brandy very well with the dry ginger to create a refreshing and tasty cocktail.

I have the pleasure of running Cocktail Masterclass with Bénédictine D.O.M., and soon I will have the full story on my blog about the event and the beautiful evening.
