Apricot Pie Cocktail is fantastic to drink and enjoy during warm days.

I don’t know about you, but I love well-balanced cocktails and tasty recipes during the spring and summer. This Cocktail is one of those recipes I like to shake when the sun picks up and days get longer so we can enjoy more time outside and enjoy the weather. With easy to supply ingredients for your home bar, you can shake this Cocktail at any time. You can even add some apricot jam to give a bit more sweetness to the mix.

If you plan a home party or a garden celebration, you can make it and serve it as a punch cocktail. The original recipe using white or unaged Rum but you can use any dark Rum if you prefer it over a white rum. However, make sure the Rum is not flavoured or very heavy on aromas as may overpower the Apricot Brandy. How to make

  • Shake with ice
  • Free pour into Old-Fashioned Glass
  • Garnish with Orange Peel


  • 30ml Havana Club Rum
  • 30ml Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato
  • 15ml Apricot Brandy
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 1-2 Dashes Grenadine
