Compañero
Compañero is a cocktail that brings the tropics to your room with its simplicity and excellent funk taste. It is about warm weather and enjoying a simple but delicious drink.
Not every cocktail should be complicated, and the Compañero is an example of this. It looks impressive and tastes fantastic. Is that not all you need from a Summer Cocktail, after all?

COMPAÑERO
30ml / 1oz Clairin Communal Rum
30ml / 1oz Compañero Rum - Ron Elexir Orange
15ml / .5oz Giffard Pink Grapefruit Liqueur
5ml / bar spoon Cointreau Liqueur
30ml / 1oz Tropical Syrup Puree
90ml / 3oz Pineapple Juice
METHOD:
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled Tumbler glass.
Garnish with half of a Passion fruit.
We recommend adding demerara sugar to the passion fruit and caramelising it with a small blowtorch. This will strengthen the fruit's aromas and make it very enjoyable to eat.
